Dr. LaEla Mitchell, an experienced educator with over 25 years in education, is passionate about teacher collaboration, professional learning communities, and innovation in instructional practices. She has served as a middle and high school teacher, department chair, curriculum developer, and adjunct faculty member. Currently, she serves as a principal and independent consultant specializing in curriculum and instruction and teacher well-being.
