Interactive Research Methods

This research model is based the Hopscotch Research Model (Jorrin-Abellan, 2019) developed at Kennesaw State and centered in the Kennesaw State's Interactive Research Methods Lab. It is a streamlined version of Hopscotch designed to help students in 3-12 grade develop primary research projects in a variety of curricular and co-curricular content areas.

From Mess to Masterpiece: Organize Your Research with NoodleTools! is an interactive workshop designed to help educators assist their students in efficiently managing citations and organizing digital research. Participants will learn how students can create and share projects, generate accurate citations, take digital notes, and collaborate on research using the NoodleTools program provided by the Cobb County School District. Additionally, teachers will learn how to set up differentiated class projects, enabling them to monitor and assist their students by providing targeted feedback on their research assignments. Through hands-on activities and guided instruction, attendees will acquire practical skills to streamline their research workflow and enhance academic integrity.
